About
I have over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), having worked primarily with adolescents and their families in a suburban school district. My position as a Crisis Counselor during that time gave me a unique set of skills and insights that I utilize to work effectively with tweens, teens, adults, parents, and families. I earned my Master’s degree in Counselor Education from UNT, and previously worked in an agency setting. I opened my private practice in 2006.
I live in Carrollton with my husband and a houseful of animals! I enjoy dancing, cooking, traveling, observing wild life, and discovering the wonders of grandbabies. I have three adult children, and understand the problems and feelings of a life constantly in "seasons of change."
